Dear festival guests,
As you are aware we have recently opened the next block of seats open to booking.
The staff at Boxer Ticket, who since Monday have been working on resolving the problems of the past few days – for which we apologise for again -, are slowly managing to deal with all of your requests through the Booking Assistance.
We have a couple of updates to share with you:
– Due to a bug in the system, some bookings may appear to be cancelled. Boxer Ticket are currently fixing the issue and will rebook the same films. Guests will receive a confirmation email within the next few days.
– The platform, still underperforming unfortunately, is nevertheless consenting many guests to finalise their bookings (with a total of 35,000 confirmed bookings)
– With the next opening of bookings (today, Friday 14th June, at 4pm) there is approximately a thirty minute wait before accessing the booking platform (the website shows how many people are waiting in front)

We apologise again for the serious inconvenience and we kindly ask you to remain patient.
