Film Notes

Among the dozens of commercials Buster Keaton appeared in during the 50s and 60s (incidentally, virtually impossible to screen due to the exorbitant cost imposed by American networks), this short film of just under 8 minutes stands out. Made to launch the super- light, unbeatable brand-new Kodak appliance: the amazing Istamatic 100! Buster – who had in his life taken many cameras apart – guides us through this fun and surreal history of photography.
