Film Notes

More paint on celluloid, produced without a camera. The title song was the hit number of Noel Gay’s musical Me and My Girl, a song that sparked a community dance craze, the “Lambeth Walk”. No propaganda message or advertisement comes attached: enjoyment is the film’s only goal. It was released in December 1939.
