Film Notes
Boireau, loaded down with four large suitcases, gets off a train and goes into a hotel. But it is full so Boireau tries to sneak into a room already taken. Ending up in a room with two lovers, he ends up down the stairs, knocks down the hotel bellboy, falls on the road, passes from hand to hand, rolls from one fall to the next, until he falls into a wash-house where he is welcomed with ladle blows by the washerwomen. In the end Boireau finds a cool refuge in the water of a drain and falls asleep.
