Restored from a nitrate negative belonging to the Cinémathèque Française collection. Original materials revealed only the position of the intertitles. It was thus necessary to write new intertitles in order to render the narration coherent. The comprehension of many sequences was made possible by the collaboration of Pierre Carré, specialist in lip reading.
