Film Notes
This film (previously considered lost, but later found at the Cinémathèque de Toulouse) is a very early example of a conscious attempt to deal with the existing relationship between movies and theatre. The authors of this experiment are Eleuterio Rodolfi (one of the most interesting directors of Italian silent cinema) and Ruggero Ruggeri, one of the greatest performers of the Italian stage at the time.
