Film Notes

The lives of steel workers in Youngstown, Ohio, are portrayed as they contribute to America’s war effort on the Homefront. The steel strikes during the 30’s are alluded briefly, hoping that such things won’t happen in the future. Mainly dealing with the workers-management problems, the film also mentions the crisis the industries will have to face when the war will be over.
