Film Notes
Sir and madam have gone out and the staff are having a party. Rigadin takes housemaid Mistinguett for the daughter of the house: she puts him in a suit of armour made of kitchen utensils and forces him to sing Wagner. Mistinguett, celebrated vedette of the Paris music hall, was a great asset to Pathé. Her comedy partner in films was often the dopey Rigadin.
