Film Notes
“One OWI film that seemed anomalous to the others was Japanese Relocation, an awkward and unconvincing attempt to explain the military necessity for the forced relocation of Americans and Japanese ancestry to relocation centers. The film’s pathetic images belie the narrator’s talk about fairness, education, and employment skills for the internees”.
