While Il Cinema Ritrovato is taking place, the Biblioteca Renzo Renzi will be hosting the 13th Il Cinema Ritrovato Book Fair. The occasion includes antiquarian bookshops and specialized sales points and for the second time showcases recent titles from the most important national and international publishers.
There are a thousand titles from almost 70 publishers of different nationalities on sale. Renowned film book collections, young independent publishers, the most famous DVD companies from France, US, Great Britain, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Spain, Russia and Austria. There are also catalogues from the prestigious international film exhibitions and some new reviews for real film buffs. The fair provides a unique chance for students and enthusiasts to buy special DVD editions produced by around fifteen archives and international film libraries in Brussels, Lisbon, New York, Oslo, Paris, Rome, Toulouse, Turin, Vienna… and of course Bologna.
And for collectors a genuine treasure trove: about 300 posters and flyers from films released in Italy from the Fifties to the Seventies.
