These and many other questions fuelled the Cinephile Quiz evening last Monday at the Lumière, which saw many cinema lovers being rewarded with a festival pass for Il Cinema Ritrovato 2023.

An evening full of previews on the next edition of the festival.
Among the focuses that emerged during the evening, the homage to Anna Magnani on the 50th anniversary of her death, as well as to the famous screenwriter Suso Cecchi D’Amico, who contributed to 120 films in a career spanning over sixty years. In addition to the anniversaries of cult titles celebrating 100 and 120 years, the festival programme includes many cinematic (re)discoveries: from Rouben Mamoulian to Albert Samama Chikly to Elfi Mikesch, with screenings both in the cinema and in the Piazza.
