Film Notes

Despite the choppy editing, impressive 3-D coupled with typical breathlessly-paced martial artistry, makes Dynasty a visceral and exciting cinematic experience. Swords, spears, smoke, arrows – even a rolling head – come flying out of the screen in a non-stop barrage of mayhem. That same year, Mei Chung Chang produced another martial arts film in 3-D entitled Revenge of the Shogun Women (aka 13 Nuns).
