Vincenzo Mollica receives the Il Cinema Ritrovato Award

Il Cinema Ritrovato does not have red carpets and does not award prizes but, on this occasion, we will betray our own principles and award the Cinema Ritrovato Prize to Vincenzo Mollica. In a country that over the past 40 years has ceased to believe in the cinema, he was the face of cinema in television. More a poet than a journalist, capable of saying very complicated things in the light and ironic way of someone who knows who to communicate, he was one of Federico Fellini’s most faithful friends.
