A selection of animated films, in restored versions, made by one of the most important state-owned film studios in Poland, Studio Miniatur Filmowych, which has been in operation since 1958 and was incorporated in 2019 into Wytwórnia Filmów Dokumentalnych i Fabularnych. These are fascinating works that reflect the rich tradition of Polish animation, mixing visual creativity, fantastic narration, humour, and subtle moral messages. From the adventures of O Dzielnych krasnalach i niedzielnych gościach, a whimsical story of solidarity and courage in a magic forest, to Złota nić, a poetic story about kindness, friendship and the invisible ties that bind us together, and on to two episodes of the compelling police series Na tropie, which will immerse young audiences in a world of mystery and deduction.
