Our exhibition of film posters from the history of cinema, which made generations of great poster painters famous, returns to the heart of the city. The selection this year is dedicated to some of the biggest female names of cinema, but also to classic Italian films. The posters belong to the Sacwebphoto Archive, with whom Cineteca di Bologna has this year inaugurated a successful partnership. The project – the result of years of work and dedicated passion – was made possible thanks to the immense SAC Archive along with the collaboration of numerous collectors, with the objective of recovering, safeguarding and promoting the vast production of promotional material created for cinema.
