TIckets Reservation, Access and Health

Dear Friends,

we are ready to experience the wonders of the 34th edition of Il Cinema Ritrovato!
From Saturday 22nd August the online booking system will be active, allowing pass holders to reserve seats at the various festival venues, with the following booking schedule:

From Saturday 22nd onwards for the events of Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th
From Monday 24th onwards for the events of Thursday 27th
From Tuesday 25th onwards for the events of Friday 28th
From Wednesday 26th onwards for the events of Saturday 29th
From Thursday 27th onwards for the events of Sunday 30th
From Friday 28th onwards for the events of Monday 31st

 

TICKET RESERVATION FOR PASS HOLDERS

Piazza Maggiore and BarcArena 

  • You can reserve your seat by selecting your screening date and venue here: cinetecabologna.18tickets.it
  • Pending availability, you can reserve up to 4 seats
  • For same day bookings you must complete your reservation by 1p.m.
  • Once the reservation is completed, you will receive a pdf ticket which you will need to exhibit – either as a printout or on your phone – at the entrance
  • Access for those who have booked seats won’t be granted if they arrive later than 8.50 p.m. After that, your reservation will no longer be valid and your seat will be re-assigned

Piazzetta Pier Paolo Pasolini

  • Admission to events in Piazzetta Pier Paolo Pasolini is free and does not required booking. Entrance will be granted on a ‘first come-first served’ basis until all available seating has been allocated

All Other Venues

  • In order to access the theatre seating plan and reserve your ticket you must enter your BADGE CODE here: ilcinemaritrovato.ticka.it
  • You can reserve one ticket only per screening
  • You can reserve a ticket up to 30 minutes prior each screening
  • Once the reservation is completed, you will receive a pdf ticket which you will need to exhibit – either as a printout or on your phone – at the entrance 

 

LAST MINUTE ACCESS FOR PASS HOLDERS

  • Festival pass-holders without a reservation will be granted a last-minute access in all festival venues
  • Last minute access will be granted 10 minutes prior the screening until all available seating has been allocated
  • For last-minute access in Piazza Maggiore, look for the Palazzo del Podestà entrance (left side when facing the screen)

 

TICKETS ON SALE FOR NON-PASS HOLDERS

  • Pending on seat availability, single tickets will be available for sale
  • For all venues and screenings, tickets will be on sale at 5€
  • Tickets can be purchased on-line only at: ilcinemaritrovato.ticka.it

 

A SAFE RITROVATO

In full compliance with the current anti-Covid regulations, here are the health and safety regulations adopted by the festival:

OPEN AIR SCREENINGS: Piazza Maggiore, BarcArena, Arena Puccini

  • Spectators will be required to sanitize their hands and wear a facemask from the moment they enter the theatre until they take their assigned seat; facemasks are also compulsory at all times when not seating
  • Temperature assessment devices may be used as part of an initial check at entry
  • Each individual will be granted a distance of three feet minimum from other parties; seating together will be allowed up to 4 people maximum;
  • A minimum of three feet distancing will be required at access and exit points
  • Changing or swapping seats will not be allowed
  • Names and contacts of all spectators will be kept for 14 days and, if necessary, handed over the health authorities for tracing purposes

  • Piazza Maggiore maximum seating capacity is 1,000 seats. Access will be granted only to tickets holders and to customers of cafes located around Piazza Maggiore. Seating outside the designed area (street, sidewalk, church steps etc) is not allowed

INDOOR SCREENINGS:

  • Strict social distancing protocols will be enforced indoor where a checkerboard seating system has been adopted to stagger spectators throughout rows. For each reserved seat there will be 4 empty seats and it will not be possible to seat next to another spectator even if they are attending the screening together.
  • Each pass holder will be able to reserve one ticket only
  • Tickets are not transferable and it is not allowed to change seats
  • Hand-sanitizer gel will be available in all venues and festival locations
  • Facemask will be compulsory indoor at all times
  • A minimum of three feet distancing will be required at access and exit points
  • Spectators’ names and contacts details will be kept for social tracing purposes for 14 days and, if necessary, handed over the health authorities
  • Temperature assessment devices may be used as part of an initial check at entry
  • Combined cleaning and sanitation procedures will be ensured twice a day in all venues (three times a day at the Lumière theatre) ; theatres will be regularly aired in between screenings
  • All air conditioning systems have undergone special maintenance and cleaning and all air re-circulation functions have been disabled, allowing only supply of clean air into theatres

The staff reserves the right to restrict or prohibit access to the festival locations to anyone:

  • showing flu symptoms
  • having a temperature of 37,5°C (99 ºF) or higher
  • having been exposed to someone who tested positive to Covid-19
  • not wearing a face-mask
