Film Notes

A filmed letter that Welles composed for a friend’s birthday. He recites a passage from Charles Lindbergh’s diary. According to the donated documents found in the Filmmuseum, this is the last filming he did before his death. The original negative 35mm was provided with titles, the magnetic was re-recorded in optical sound.
