Film Notes

Arriving at the Elastic Palace, where he is to deliver some trunks, Dandy is mistaken for John Crockson, a garlic and gherkin king. Dandy receives the big welcome instead, and takes the opportunity to court a charming maid. The maître d’hôtel, involved with a gang of crooks, plans to kidnap the supposed Crockson. Dandy allows himself to be charmed by the gang’s seducer, and finds himself tied up, at the mercy of the kindappers.
